I ~love~ Horseradish, so I put a healthy amount on each biscuit, if you don't like that flavor or have picky eaters, you can go easy on the horseradish or skip it altogether!

These biscuits are total chameleons! Want a kick of spice? Try pepperjack cheese or spicy mustard. Whatever your flavor, these bad boys can roll with it. The basics stay the same, so you can get creative without messing up the magic.

French Dip Biscuit Melts are the ultimate lazy chef's dream. They're quick, easy, and taste like a million bucks. Plus, they're perfect for anyone, even picky eaters. With their golden crust and juicy filling, these biscuits are sure to be a hit wherever you serve them.

What makes these biscuit melts so special?

  • Portable and easy to eat: Perfect for parties, picnics, or a quick weeknight dinner.

  • Flavorful: The combination of roast beef, provolone cheese, and au jus sauce creates a delicious and satisfying flavor profile.

  • Simple to make: This recipe is easy to follow, even for novice cooks.

Want to kick these biscuits up a notch? Here are a few optional extras to try:

  • Cheese it up: Experiment with different cheeses: Swiss, mozzarella, or cheddar. Each cheese adds its own special touch. Swiss is all nutty and mild, mozzarella is stretchy and gooey, and cheddar brings that sharp, tangy kick.

  • Add a little heat: Love a little spice? Drizzle on some horseradish or spicy mustard sauce for a tangy punch that'll make your taste buds dance.

  • Sweet and Savory: Caramelize some onions and toss them into the mix for a burst of sweet and savory flavor. It's like a party in your mouth!
