Why You’ll Be Obsessed:

🌟 Flavor Explosion: With layers of ham, salami, pepperoni, and melty provolone, every bite is a flavor-packed dream.

🌟 Sweet & Spicy Combo: The sweetness of Hawaiian rolls combined with the heat from cherry peppers and pepperoncini? Absolute perfection.

🌟 Easy to Make: Minimal prep, a quick bake, and you’ve got yourself a crowd-pleaser that’s ready in no time.

The Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12-pack Hawaiian rolls, halved lengthwise

  • 6 oz thinly sliced ham

  • 5 oz thinly sliced salami

  • 5 oz thinly sliced pepperoni

  • 9 slices provolone cheese

  • ⅓ cup sliced pepperoncini

  • ⅓ cup sliced pickled hot cherry peppers

Italian Topping:

  • 1 stick butter {half cup}, melted

  • 1&1/2 tbsp. yellow mustard

  • 1 tbsp. minced onion

  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

How to Make The Sliders:

1. Prep the Rolls: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lay the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls on a baking sheet.

2. Layer It Up: Start by layering the ham, followed by salami, pepperoni, and provolone. Sprinkle on the sliced cherry peppers and pepperoncini for that spicy kick. Top with mayo and mustard. Then place the top of the roll on all the sandwiches.

3. Make The Topping: In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, melted butter, minced onion, Italian seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Arrange the sliders in a baking dish close together. Pour/spoon the tops generously with the poppyseed sauce. Let them sit for about 5-10 minutes (if you can) so the butter can slightly set.

4. Bake to Perfection: Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 2-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

5. Serve & Enjoy: Slice up those sliders, serve with a side of honey mustard for dipping, and watch them disappear!

Pro Tips:

Customize Your Heat: If you love it extra spicy, throw in more cherry peppers or even some crushed red pepper flakes.

Cheese Swap: Not a fan of provolone? Mozzarella or Swiss would be just as delicious.

Make Ahead: Assemble the sliders a few hours ahead and pop them in the oven when you’re ready to serve. Perfect for stress-free entertaining!
